You have a proven track record of managing multifamily or commercial properties, and you excel in resident communication and vendor relationships. Your strong presentation and instructional skills enable you to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively, making you an ideal candidate to lead an online training course. You are based in the United States and are fluent in spoken English, ensuring that you can engage with a diverse audience of learners.
You are passionate about empowering others to succeed in property management, and you understand the challenges faced by individuals entering the industry. Your expertise allows you to create engaging and practical content that equips students with the job-ready skills they need to thrive in entry-level roles. You are committed to helping others outperform trade school graduates and navigate the competitive job market.
You have experience developing educational content or training programs, which will be beneficial in creating a comprehensive online course. Familiarity with online teaching platforms and tools will enhance your ability to deliver high-quality training. You are also open to feedback and continuously seek to improve your instructional methods to better serve your students.
In this role, you will develop a 15–25 hour pre-recorded training course that covers essential areas of property management, including leasing, maintenance coordination, tenant relations, fair housing laws, budgeting, inspections, vendor coordination, and onsite property operations. You will create quizzes, assessments, and exams to evaluate student comprehension and job-readiness, ensuring that learners can apply their knowledge in real-world scenarios.
You will design supplementary exercises and real-world simulations, such as lease reviews and maintenance ticket workflows, to provide students with hands-on experience. Your role will also involve using CourseCareers' platform to build and promote your personal brand as an industry thought leader, showcasing your expertise and attracting potential students.
Collaboration with CourseCareers' team will be essential as you align your course content with industry standards and student needs. You will be expected to maintain high instructor expectations, contributing to the overall success of the training program and the students enrolled.

We look forward to hearing from dedicated professionals who are ready to give back to the industry and empower others to succeed.
