Overview

Google is seeking a Customer Onboarding Strategist for their Customer Solutions team to drive client relationship management and support digital advertising campaigns. Fluency in Mandarin and English is required, along with experience in advertising and digital marketing.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and at least 2 years of experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media. Your fluency in both Mandarin and English enables you to effectively manage client relationships in this region. You possess experience in launching and managing paid digital advertising campaigns and are familiar with various digital marketing platforms. Your background includes working with channel businesses, advertisers, agencies, or clients, and you have a knack for assessing and achieving client goals through effective business techniques, including questioning and objection handling. You are skilled in building narratives and utilizing storytelling as a client engagement strategy, which is crucial in the advertising landscape.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals. You will quantify impact opportunities and present clear recommendations to customers, ensuring they understand how Google advertising products can help meet their marketing objectives. You will build knowledge of how these products work and how they can be utilized to achieve a wide range of marketing goals. Your ability to manage and prioritize a portfolio in an advertising or media business context will be essential as you strive to achieve growth and success for both Google and your clients. You will collaborate closely with sellers to shape the future of advertising in the AI era, making a real impact on customer success.
