1Password is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to bridge Marketing Technology, Demand Generation, and Revenue Operations. You'll work with SQL, Salesforce, and Google Analytics to ensure seamless campaign execution. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in revenue operations.
You have 5+ years of experience in revenue operations or a related field, with a strong understanding of marketing technology and demand generation processes. You are proficient in SQL and have experience with Salesforce, enabling you to analyze data effectively and drive insights that inform strategic decisions. Your analytical mindset allows you to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable recommendations. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success in campaign execution. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent problem-solving skills, enabling you to navigate challenges and optimize processes. You are passionate about leveraging data to enhance operational efficiency and drive revenue growth.
Experience with Google Analytics and other marketing analytics tools is a plus, as is familiarity with predictive analytics and natural language processing. You have a keen interest in the latest trends in revenue operations and marketing technology, and you are eager to apply innovative solutions to improve campaign performance.
In this role, you will be at the center of 1Password’s go-to-market engine, ensuring that campaigns move seamlessly from strategic planning to execution. You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop and implement effective revenue strategies. Your responsibilities will include analyzing campaign performance data, identifying trends, and providing insights to optimize future campaigns. You will manage the integration of marketing technology tools, ensuring they are utilized effectively to support demand generation efforts. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining dashboards that track key performance indicators, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions based on real-time data.
You will lead initiatives to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency within the revenue operations team. This may involve developing training materials and conducting workshops to enhance team capabilities in using marketing technology tools. You will also play a key role in supporting the sales team by providing them with the necessary insights and tools to drive revenue growth. Your contributions will directly impact the success of 1Password’s go-to-market strategies and overall business objectives.
