Field Integration Specialist

Who you are

You hold a bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, electronic engineering, or a related field. You have 2 to 5 years of practical experience in software testing or development, preferably in B2B e-commerce services. You are fluent in both Japanese and English, with the ability to understand and explain basic internet technologies like HTTPS in both languages. You pay attention to detail, are well-organized, and possess a strong sense of responsibility, along with a high desire for learning and growth. If you have skills in Chinese or Korean, that would be a plus. You thrive in a rapidly changing environment and are proactive in pursuing continuous improvement.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing field tests at physical stores, restaurants, or partner companies. You will create detailed test reports based on your findings. Building and maintaining technical relationships with partner companies is essential, as you will need to establish a reliable collaborative framework. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that the field tests align with the company's goals and objectives. Your ability to communicate effectively in both Japanese and English will be crucial in facilitating these relationships and ensuring successful outcomes.
