In this role, you will assist in managing the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to development and engagement. You will help build the systems and programs that ensure every employee's experience at Decagon is intentional and efficient. Your contributions will lay the foundation for how Decagon supports its people and sustains its unique culture. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that the infrastructure of the People Operations department runs smoothly, fostering a positive work environment.
