You have 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to tackle complex and ambiguous problem spaces. Your expertise in user-centered design principles allows you to create intuitive and engaging experiences that resonate with users. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to life. Your proficiency in design tools, particularly Figma, enables you to translate concepts into high-fidelity prototypes effectively. You are passionate about building products that not only meet user needs but also contribute to a greater mission of trust and transparency in global commerce.

Desirable

Experience in the audit, cybersecurity, or ESG domains would be a plus, as it would provide valuable context for the challenges faced by assurance practitioners. What you'll do

As a Senior Product Designer at Fieldguide, you will own the design process for our Audit product, from initial research and ideation through to final implementation. You will partner deeply with Product and Engineering teams to ensure that design solutions align with technical feasibility and business goals. Your role will involve conducting user research to gather insights that inform design decisions, creating wireframes and prototypes, and iterating on designs based on user feedback. You will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining design standards and guidelines that ensure consistency across the product.

In addition to your design responsibilities, you will play a key role in fostering a collaborative team culture, sharing your knowledge and expertise with junior designers and contributing to design critiques. You will help shape the overall design strategy for the Audit product, ensuring that it aligns with Fieldguide's mission to streamline the work of audit practitioners. Your contributions will directly impact the user experience and help drive the success of our product in the market.
