You have a foundational knowledge of technical tools, including proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, which you use to create reports and presentations. Your analytical skills are complemented by a strong understanding of SQL, enabling you to manage and analyze data effectively. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to learn and grow within the compliance field.

Desirable

Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau or Periscope is a plus, as it will enhance your ability to present data insights clearly. A background in legal or compliance roles will also be beneficial, providing you with a deeper understanding of the regulatory landscape.

What you'll do

As a Client Protection Associate at AlphaSights, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients can access knowledge safely and securely. You will assist in developing and implementing compliance protocols that align with our company's values and regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will include monitoring client interactions and ensuring adherence to compliance standards. You will work closely with the General Counsel to address any compliance-related issues that arise, providing support and guidance to both clients and internal teams.

You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining documentation related to compliance processes, ensuring that all records are accurate and up to date. Your analytical skills will be put to use as you analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in our compliance practices. You will participate in training sessions to educate team members about compliance policies and procedures, fostering a culture of compliance within the organization.
