In this role, you will be responsible for supporting GoCardless customers with a range of inquiries, from general questions to more localized issues. You will work closely with the international Customer Operations team to address customer needs and provide feedback to improve our offerings. You will also participate in training and development initiatives to enhance your skills and knowledge of our products.
