What you'll do

As a Data Scientist at Cubist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day implementation of a large research infrastructure. You will collaborate with a dedicated team to build elegant, effective, scalable, and highly reliable solutions that empower predictive modeling in finance. Your responsibilities will include analyzing complex financial datasets to extract actionable insights that support systematic portfolio managers. You will create and maintain data ingestion pipelines that ensure timely delivery of comprehensive and error-free data. Additionally, you will engage with various stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide assistance with any data-related inquiries. Your work will directly impact the live production trading of billions of dollars of capital across global capital markets, including equities, futures, options, and other financial instruments.
