Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Seller Services (UK), EU Fashion Marketplace in Europe, this will be a business development role responsible for setting up and managing the relationship with the top 3rd party integrators driving new business acquisition through a multi-faceted approach. As an IBAM, you will be responsible for working with the integrators to generate a pipeline of promising new seller leads and facilitating the business expansion of their sellers on other Amazon EU markets. You will play a critical role in supporting the successful launch of these new sellers, guiding them through the onboarding process and ensuring they are able to efficiently make their diverse product offerings available to millions of Amazon customers. You will also serve as an Account Manager, building strong relationships with your assigned integrators and their sellers, providing guidance and troubleshooting assistance as needed, while also helping them grow their presence and sales on the marketplace. This multifaceted role requires a unique blend of business development, account management, and customer advocacy skills.

Key job responsibilities
- Establish and manage 3P integrator relationships via ad/hoc daily, weekly calls
- Identify, prospect and recruit high-potential sellers from the Integrator seller pool to Amazon
- Co-Create a joint sales strategy with Integrators and train their account managers to onboard new sellers
- Manage seller outreach and recruitment campaigns (incl. email campaign, webinar for marketing, social media posts)
- Effectively prioritize and lead a pipeline of sellers to consistently meet/exceed quarterly targets
- Enable integrators and sellers to learn and master Amazon's tools and systems so they may become self-sufficient in handling their catalog, inventory and sales performance
- Drive new store expansion for all existing sellers of the top integrators
- Collect Voice of Integrator, Voice of Sellers on top pain-points and funnel that into identifying ways Amazon can unblock new seller onboarding opportunities through Integrators
- Work closely with Seller Experience team and tech Account managers to drive mitigating actions
- Track and report business development results, analyse data, interpret reports and information for your portfolio of sellers
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in sales or marketing work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent- Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level
- Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach or equivalent
