You have a proven track record of driving product adoption and identifying growth opportunities within enterprise accounts. Your ability to analyze customer usage trends allows you to proactively address renewal risks and optimize contracts. You are comfortable working in a hybrid workplace, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.
As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Datadog, you will partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives and Solution Engineering teams to onboard and train new customers. Your role will involve proactively driving adoption of Datadog's products, ensuring that customers realize their full value.
