In this role, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition and activation through effective sales strategies. You will engage with potential clients, presenting Hibu's digital marketing offerings and helping them understand the value of our services. Your success will be measured by your ability to meet and exceed sales targets, leveraging your training and support from the company.
You will participate in a structured training program that includes three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training. This hands-on experience will equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in your role. You will also have access to ongoing support from your team and the company, ensuring you have the resources you need to succeed.

Hibu offers a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary, expense allowance, and mileage reimbursement, along with the potential for uncapped earnings through commissions and bonuses. You can expect year one on-target earnings between $85,000 and $95,000, with the potential to earn even more in subsequent years.
