Guidepoint is hiring a Research Manager for their Client Service team to enhance client relationships and service delivery. You'll manage a team and work closely with business development to optimize client engagement. This role requires strong project and people management skills.
You have a strong background in project management and client service, with experience in leading teams to deliver exceptional results. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are skilled at building relationships with clients to understand their unique needs. Your ability to train and mentor team members is a key asset, as you guide them in best practices for sourcing and engaging Advisors. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively liaise between clients and internal teams.
In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they receive the highest level of service. You will manage a team of Associates, overseeing their work and providing guidance on best practices for Advisor sourcing and engagement. Collaborating closely with the Business Development teams, you will optimize the use of Guidepoint’s services to enhance client satisfaction. You will also work with other Project Managers to provide industry insights and support for various projects and workshops, ensuring that your team delivers timely and relevant information to clients.
