What you'll do

In this role, you will lead efforts to enhance the resiliency of Orb's infrastructure, focusing on recovery mechanisms and handling load spikes effectively. You will work on improving the observability of systems, ensuring that any issues can be quickly identified and resolved. Your responsibilities will include building performance-critical infrastructure that supports real-time event processing, which is essential for the company's billing automation services.

You will plan and execute scaling initiatives to accommodate large customer growth, ensuring that the infrastructure can handle increased demand without compromising performance. Collaboration with other engineering teams will be key, as you will partner with them to build reliable product features that meet customer needs.
