What you'll do

In this role, you will be a key member of Udemy's design leadership team, reporting to the Sr. Manager of Product Design. You will support the overall design strategy for the Udemy Business Experience, focusing on re-envisioning tools and capabilities that extend the Udemy Learning experiences across the enterprise business. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and implement design solutions that meet user needs and business goals. Your work will involve conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and iterating on designs based on user feedback. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the design team adheres to best practices and maintains a high standard of quality in all deliverables. As a leader, you will help shape the design culture at Udemy, advocating for user-centered design principles and promoting a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
