What you'll do

As a Software Engineer on the Financial Operations Engineering team, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining the technical infrastructure that supports Upstart's financial operations. You will collaborate with more senior engineers to design and implement scalable systems that enhance data accessibility and automate complex financial workflows. Your contributions will help drive strategic decision-making within the Finance, Accounting, and Treasury organizations. You will be involved in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance, ensuring that the systems you build are robust and efficient.
