SageSure is hiring a Customer Service Representative II to provide exceptional support in catastrophe-exposed property insurance. You possess excellent research skills, allowing you to perform detailed account history investigations and follow up to provide flawless customer resolutions. You stay informed about policy, product, and procedural changes, ensuring that you can provide accurate information regarding underwriting guidelines and coverage forms. You are dedicated to meeting or exceeding established performance metrics, including call quality and first response resolution.
In this role, you will be responsible for addressing inbound sales inquiries related to earthquake insurance, guiding potential customers through the process. You will collect and enter property and payment information to process quotes using the rating software. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include monitoring call queues and managing your individual tasks to consistently support performance goals and objectives.
You will work closely with a friendly and supportive team, learning the ins and outs of the business while contributing to its success. Your role will involve engaging with producers, consumers, and policyholders to provide accurate information and resolve inquiries effectively.
