Waymo is seeking a Technical Training Manager to build and oversee training programs for vendor and partner instructors. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to ensure high-quality curriculum delivery.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing 'train the trainer' programs for vendor and partner instructors. You will ensure that the established curriculum is delivered consistently and effectively across various platforms. Your role will involve auditing training sessions to maintain quality and effectiveness, providing feedback to instructors, and continuously improving training materials based on participant feedback. You will collaborate closely with the Head of Waymo Training and Documentation to align training initiatives with organizational goals. Additionally, you will engage with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop solutions that enhance the skills of instructors and ultimately improve the training experience for all participants. You will also play a key role in scaling training efforts as Waymo expands its operations and partnerships.
Waymo offers a competitive salary range of $152,000—$192,000 USD, along with eligibility for an annual bonus program and equity incentive plan.
