DoorDash is hiring a DashMart Team Member to manage inventory and fulfill customer orders in a fast-paced environment. As a DashMart Team Member, your primary responsibilities will include accurately receiving and stocking inventory, ensuring that all products are accounted for and safeguarded against loss or theft. You will monitor product quality and freshness, ensuring proper product rotation to maintain high standards. You will utilize technology similar to smartphone devices to scan packages, pick and stage orders, and conduct handoffs to Dashers. Communication is key in this role, as you will need to interact with customers through the app for substitution approvals when necessary. You will also maintain a safe working environment by performing all duties in compliance with DashMart safety and security standards, completing all cleaning and warehouse organization tasks as assigned by management.
