What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the performance testing capabilities of the Actimize platform — you will design and implement automated testing frameworks that ensure the quality and reliability of cloud-based solutions. You will collaborate with development teams to identify performance requirements and create test plans that align with business objectives. Your role will involve analyzing test results, identifying performance bottlenecks, and providing actionable insights to improve system efficiency. You will also work on integrating performance testing into the CI/CD pipeline, ensuring that performance is a key consideration throughout the development lifecycle. Additionally, you will contribute to the documentation of testing processes and results, helping to establish best practices within the team. You will have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers and share your knowledge of automation and performance testing techniques.
