Gravie is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to support the Sales team with quote and proposal preparation. You'll utilize Salesforce and Excel to analyze and report on quoting data. This role requires a bachelor's degree or related experience.

Job Description

Who you are

You are a detail-oriented individual with a bachelor's degree or related experience, ready to take on the role of Revenue Operations Analyst at Gravie. You possess proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, macros, and functions, which allows you to handle complex data analysis with ease. Your organizational skills ensure that all necessary materials for the quoting and renewal process are up-to-date and stored correctly. You thrive in a collaborative environment, serving as the liaison between the Sales and Underwriting teams during the quoting process. You are committed to Gravie's core competencies of being authentic, curious, creative, empathetic, and outcome-oriented.

What you'll do

In this role, you will prepare quotes, financial analyses, and proposals that are critical for the Sales team. You will be the go-to resource for sales research support, playing a vital role in Gravie's ability to win deals. Your responsibilities will include coordinating provider and pharmacy searches with network and pharmacy benefit management partners. You will utilize Salesforce to enter, analyze, and report on quoting data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the quoting process. You will also assist with sales research and requests, demonstrating your commitment to supporting the Sales team in achieving their goals.
