A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. That’s why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. In this role, you will develop new products that are used by millions of people. We need our engineers to be passionate to manage new problems as we continue to push technology forward.

You will be joining a fluid, results-driven team, to manufacture new hardware products. You will be expected to work within a collaborative environment that provides every tool and resource you need to get things done. In this team, design constraints, and the interactions of multiple disciplines keep the days varied, and challenging.

  • Advocate early-stage Design for Manufacturability (DFM) through cross-functional collaboration, ensuring seamless New Product Introduction/Technology Introduction and risk mitigation utilizing tools like PFMEA.
  • Leverage Six Sigma and statistical methods to identify root causes, minimize yield loss, and drive continuous improvement in quality and manufacturing non-conformities for evaluation of emerging technologies.
  • Evaluate and implement emerging technologies and automation strategies to enhance manufacturing maturity, operational efficiency, and cost savings.
