As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions. You will be responsible for building relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving sales growth. You will participate in extensive training programs to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in your role. Your performance will be rewarded with uncapped commissions and bonuses, providing you with significant earning potential. Hibu offers a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, with on-target earnings projected to be around $100,000-$120,000 in your first year. The company provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental coverage. You will receive three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training to ensure you are well-prepared for your role.
