Figma is seeking an Account Executive for their SMB team in Tokyo to generate new business and manage relationships with key decision-makers. This role requires strong sales skills and a passion for design collaboration.
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in managing SMB accounts, and you thrive in building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers. Your experience allows you to effectively apply discovery and value-selling techniques to understand customer needs and align them with Figma's offerings. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are driven to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to conduct thorough analyses to tier and prioritize accounts effectively. You are adept at managing a pipeline of accounts, both from inbound and outbound activities, ensuring that you maintain a steady flow of opportunities. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to articulate Figma's value proposition clearly and compellingly.
