In this role, you will participate in an extensive 11-week onboarding program designed to prepare you for your responsibilities as a leader. After your training, you will take on leadership responsibilities for your own team, ensuring that customers receive their goods on time and in good condition. You will work closely with your team members, providing guidance and support to help them succeed in their roles. You will also be involved in cross-site projects focused on safety, process optimization, sustainability, and technological advancements. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with safety regulations and environmental protection standards, as well as deriving actionable recommendations for process improvements based on key performance indicators such as safety, productivity, and quality. You will lead and train a team of up to 100 employees, planning and managing internal processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
