Overview

Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Territory Account Executive to drive customer adoption and create exceptional Internet-enabled experiences. This role requires strong collaboration with various teams and a commitment to customer success.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in technology or internet services, and understand the nuances of customer engagement. Your experience has equipped you with the skills to build relationships with clients ranging from small businesses to large enterprises. You are a curious and empathetic individual, eager to learn and develop new skills while contributing to a diverse and inclusive team environment. You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with Account Executives, Channel Account Managers, and Customer Success teams to ensure that customers receive the best possible service and support.

Desirable

Experience in the tech industry, particularly with cloud services or cybersecurity, is a plus. Familiarity with sales processes and methodologies will help you excel in this role. You are comfortable using CRM tools and have a knack for data-driven decision-making, which allows you to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

What you'll do

As a Senior Territory Account Executive at Cloudflare, you will be responsible for driving customer adoption of our services across the Great Lakes region, specifically in Wisconsin and Minnesota. You will engage with potential clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how Cloudflare can enhance their online presence and security. Your role will involve collaborating with various internal teams, including engineering and customer success, to ensure that our solutions meet client expectations and deliver real value.

You will develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve your targets, leveraging your understanding of the market and customer needs. Building strong relationships with clients will be key, as you will act as their primary point of contact and advocate within Cloudflare. You will also participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote Cloudflare's mission and services.
