Technical Project Manager, Mid - IT

Who you are

You have a strong background in IT operations and project management, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your ability to collaborate with various internal and external departments ensures quality work with maximum transparency. You are skilled in analyzing malfunctions and producing Root Cause Analysis documents, managing the process of proper resolution and future mitigation. Your experience in deployment management allows you to ensure system stability while upholding business requirements. You are adept at defining processes aimed at maintaining IT stability in a 24x7 high-edge infrastructure environment. You understand the importance of comprehensive documentation of systems and operations, and you have experience managing data center operations.

Desirable

You have a strong advantage if you possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, which are essential for this role. Your ability to develop diagrams and presentations for management will be beneficial in measuring project performance and resource allocation. You are familiar with managing KPIs and goals for various teams, including Network, System, DBA, and Data Infrastructure teams. Your experience in leading procurement processes for infrastructure products will also be a plus.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end infrastructure project management, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and meet the required standards. You will collaborate with various teams to assure quality work and achieve planned SLAs. Your role will involve analyzing malfunctions and producing Root Cause Analysis documents to manage the resolution process effectively. You will oversee deployment management, ensuring system stability and adherence to business requirements. Additionally, you will define processes aimed at maintaining IT stability in a high-edge infrastructure environment. You will also be responsible for comprehensive documentation of systems and operations, ensuring that all processes are well-documented and accessible.

You will manage the activity of various teams, setting KPIs and goals for the Network, System, DBA, and Data Infrastructure teams. Your ability to develop diagrams and presentations for management will be crucial in measuring project performance and resource allocation. You will ensure that retrospective and lessons learned sessions are conducted at the end of projects to foster continuous improvement. Leading the procurement process for the infrastructure group product will also be part of your responsibilities, requiring collaboration with various stakeholders.
