Additionally, you have 2 years of experience in people management, where you have honed your skills in supervision and team leadership. You thrive in a geographically distributed environment, understanding the nuances of managing teams across different locations.

You possess the technical expertise to take on and provide leadership for major projects. As an Engineering Manager, you not only optimize your own code but also ensure that your engineers can optimize theirs. You are adept at managing project goals, contributing to product strategy, and developing your team. You have experience working in areas such as information retrieval, artificial intelligence, and distributed computing, which allows you to guide your team effectively.
