FSQ Supervisor

Who you are

You have a strong background in food safety and quality assurance, particularly in manufacturing environments. Your experience includes managing teams and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Safe Quality Food (SQF) standards. You are skilled in conducting audits and inspections, and you understand the importance of documentation and adherence to regulatory requirements. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to train and motivate team members effectively. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, enhancing your ability to engage with a diverse workforce.

What you'll do

As the FSQ Supervisor at HelloFresh, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting hourly Team Members in the Quality Assurance department. Your role will involve managing food safety and quality assurance checks, ensuring compliance with established processes and policies. You will conduct GMP audits and verify that Critical Control Point (CCP) checks are completed accurately and on time. Additionally, you will monitor temperature systems and escalate any non-conformities to mitigate food safety risks. Your leadership will foster a positive team dynamic, encouraging feedback and driving continuous improvement within the team.
