You appreciate the opportunity to earn uncapped, residual commissions while still having a base salary. You value comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in your role.

What you'll do

As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will engage with potential clients to drive user acquisition and activation. You will be responsible for building relationships and understanding client needs to offer tailored solutions. You will participate in extensive training, including three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training, ensuring you are well-equipped to excel in your role. You will work in a hybrid sales environment, balancing home office work with in-field activities. Your success will be measured by your ability to meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

What we offer

Hibu offers a competitive base salary of $54,000 with the potential for total on-target earnings around $102,000 in your first year, increasing to between $105,000 and $125,000 in your second year. You will also benefit from a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental coverage.
