You understand the healthcare landscape and can interpret medical cost trends to inform strategic decisions. You will work closely with the Senior Director to provide insights into medical cost trends and their implications for the company's financial health. Your responsibilities will include translating complex actuarial data into compelling narratives for the Board of Directors and other stakeholders. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that financial planning aligns with the company's strategic goals. Your role will also involve mentoring junior team members and fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making within the organization.
