Overview

Brex is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to serve as a financial technology advisor to their largest customers. You'll partner with CFOs and finance teams to ensure they unlock the full value of Brex’s solutions. This role requires strong relationship management skills and a strategic mindset.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in customer success or account management, ideally within the financial technology sector. Your experience includes working closely with senior finance professionals, such as CFOs and Controllers, to drive value and ensure customer satisfaction. You possess excellent communication skills and can articulate complex solutions in a way that resonates with diverse audiences. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy building long-term relationships with clients, understanding their unique business goals and challenges. You are data-driven and can leverage insights to inform account strategies and drive impactful outcomes. You are passionate about helping customers succeed and are motivated by the opportunity to make a significant impact on their financial operations.

Desirable

Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus, as is familiarity with corporate finance and spend management solutions. A background in sales or business development can also be beneficial, as it complements your customer success expertise. You are adaptable and open to learning new technologies and processes that can enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

What you'll do

As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Brex, you will be responsible for developing and executing account strategies tailored to the specific needs of your clients. You will engage with key stakeholders within customer organizations to ensure they are maximizing the value of Brex’s offerings. This involves conducting regular check-ins, providing training and support, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
