You have a solid understanding of technology and hands-on experience in key IT domains, particularly in Observability, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Search. Your technical background is complemented by a passion for staying at the forefront of technology trends, and you possess a growth mindset that drives you to learn and implement new technologies. While experience with Elastic solutions is not a prerequisite, your eagerness to adopt and apply their suite of solutions effectively to solve customer challenges is critical. You thrive in a role where you can act as a Trusted Technical Advisor, guiding customers through their journey with Elastic.

You are fluent in French and possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to engage effectively with customers and stakeholders. Your ability to understand customer business objectives and align them with technical solutions is a key strength. You are proactive in onboarding customers, securing adoption, and facilitating expansion of Elastic solutions within their organizations.
