You have a proven track record in recruiting, particularly in technical fields such as hardware and software engineering. With 5+ years of experience in recruitment management, you understand the nuances of sourcing top talent in competitive markets. You are passionate about building teams that drive innovation and excellence, and you thrive in environments where you can foster a culture of high performance and collaboration.

Your leadership style is supportive and empowering — you believe in developing your team members' skills and judgment to enhance their effectiveness. You have experience in setting clear expectations and providing constructive feedback, ensuring that your team is aligned with the company's goals and values. You are adept at using data to inform your recruiting strategies and improve processes.

You are familiar with the challenges of recruiting for R&D teams and understand the importance of finding candidates who not only have the right skills but also fit the company culture. Desirable

Experience in a fast-growing tech company is a plus, as is familiarity with IoT or related industries.
