What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of migration architects and consultants, overseeing the delivery of migration solutions for various Vault applications. You will be accountable for ensuring that services are delivered effectively and efficiently, maintaining high standards of operational excellence. Collaborating closely with other Veeva teams, you will act as a customer advocate, ensuring that customer success is at the forefront of your team's efforts. You will foster a positive team culture, encouraging collaboration and engagement among team members. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the team's performance and achieving service delivery goals. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing your team, helping them grow in their roles and advance their careers within the organization.
