Databricks is seeking a Senior Customer Enablement Architect to drive the commercial success of their training and enablement portfolio. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop custom learning plans and enhance customer engagement. This role requires strong communication and strategic planning skills.
You have a strong background in customer enablement and training, with a focus on empowering enterprise organizations to adopt and transform their data and AI capabilities. Your experience includes working closely with sales and engineering teams to align learning solutions with business outcomes, ensuring customers realize the full value of their investments. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to connect with diverse stakeholders and articulate the value of training programs effectively. You are adept at diagnosing skill gaps and developing tailored enablement roadmaps that drive customer success and retention.
Experience in the data and AI industry is a plus, as is familiarity with training methodologies and adult learning principles. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing customer needs. A background in project management or strategic planning will enhance your ability to drive initiatives that lead to measurable business outcomes.
In this role, you will own the commercial success of Databricks’ training and enablement portfolio across the Americas Business Units. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Field Engineering, and Professional Services, to position the value of Databricks training and develop custom enterprise learning plans. Your efforts will directly influence customer retention, expansion, and top-line growth. You will work closely with account executives and engagement managers to ensure that training and certification programs are seen as strategic investments in each customer’s data and AI journey. You will be responsible for diagnosing skill gaps within customer organizations and building tailored enablement roadmaps that empower users to maximize their use of the Databricks platform. Your role will involve presenting training solutions to customers, gathering feedback, and continuously improving the enablement offerings based on customer needs and industry trends.
