Deliveroo is seeking an Italian Speaking Account Manager to support restaurant partners in enhancing their delivery operations and customer engagement. You'll manage accounts through various communication channels and help partners leverage Deliveroo's platform effectively. This role requires strong relationship management skills and offers a base salary of £29,300 plus bonuses.
You have experience in account management, ideally within the food delivery or hospitality sector, and possess strong communication skills to engage with restaurant partners effectively. You are fluent in Italian and English, enabling you to connect with a diverse range of partners and understand their unique needs. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with teams to ensure that partners receive the best possible service and support. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for growth and improvement, helping partners maximize their success on the platform. You are comfortable with technology and can guide partners in utilizing Deliveroo's tools and resources to enhance their operations. You are adaptable and open to hybrid working arrangements, balancing office presence with remote work as needed.
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of restaurant accounts, providing desk-based account management to support their growth and success. You will engage with partners through email, phone, online presentations, and video calls, ensuring they are informed about marketing campaigns and operational priorities. You will maintain long-term relationships with your partner base, ensuring they receive the best service possible. You will act as a liaison between your restaurant partners and internal teams, ensuring that solutions are delivered according to their needs. You will develop accounts to initiate and drive growth, helping partners to optimize their delivery experience and take advantage of the latest technology and perks offered by Deliveroo. You will report to your Account Management Team Leader and collaborate with the SMB team in Manchester City Centre.
Deliveroo offers a competitive base salary of £29,300, with the potential for a bonus of up to £6,000 per year, paid quarterly.
