Your experience includes developing and executing sales strategies that drive growth and member acquisition. You are adept at building strong relationships with clients and guiding them through the onboarding process, ensuring they maximize the value of the services offered. You thrive in a data-driven environment, using analytics to inform your decisions and improve team performance. You are a strong communicator and collaborator, capable of working closely with marketing and product teams to align strategies and objectives. You are passionate about helping SMEs succeed and are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive team culture.
Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus, as is familiarity with digital marketing strategies tailored for SMEs. A background in data analysis or marketing analytics would enhance your ability to drive results and optimize campaigns.
