Nextiva is seeking a Technical Lead (Java) to redefine customer experiences through innovative technology. You'll be responsible for hands-on coding, feature delivery, and mentoring engineers while working with Java, Spring Boot, and Kafka. This role requires strong technical expertise and leadership skills.
You are a seasoned Technical Lead with a strong background in software engineering, particularly in Java and Spring Boot. With over 5 years of experience, you've successfully led projects from conception to deployment, ensuring high-quality code and scalable solutions. Your expertise in Kafka allows you to design robust messaging systems that enhance application performance and reliability. You thrive in collaborative environments, mentoring junior engineers and conducting code reviews to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex technical concepts to cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Your passion for technology drives you to stay updated with industry trends and best practices, ensuring that your team remains at the forefront of innovation. You understand the importance of customer-centric solutions and are committed to delivering exceptional user experiences.
