**This role operates on a hybrid model, with a mix of remote work and in-office collaboration at our Craiova location, specifically, working in-office 3 days per week, and 2 days working from home.**
We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on manager who thrives on new challenges and is excited about staying close to the code. In this role you will be leading a team that builds modern applications and API’s that perform at scale using best of breed technologies. The ideal candidate must work well in a dynamic, collaborative environment. You will work closely with your peers in cross functional teams and be the champion for the team’s technical roadmap and architecture.
