Overview

PLACE is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support their real estate team in Billings, MT. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining systems for customer service and team operations. An active Montana real estate license is preferred.

Who you are

You are an organized, methodical, and driven professional with a servant leader's heart. Systems are your jam — creating them, implementing them, and refining them is what you excel at. Your attention to detail is unsurpassed, and you thrive on your high standards, quality of work, and your ability to serve others. You are an empire protector focused on protecting the time and resources of yourself and the rest of the team. An active Montana real estate license is preferred, and if you are unlicensed, you will be required to obtain a license within 60 days of your start date.

What you'll do

In this role, you will build, implement, maintain, and own all systems for delivering excellent internal and external customer service. This includes managing internal communication, the team calendar, and the company's social media presence. You will also oversee office management, client care systems, and team retention and recognition efforts, including events and referrals. Supporting the team's growth efforts will involve posting recruiting ads, calling agent recruits, and scheduling appointments for the Team Operator. You will create and own systems for maintaining the integrity of the database, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.

What we offer

This is a full-time position in the office, Monday through Friday, with compensation depending on experience, ranging from $40,000 to $60,000 per year, plus potential bonus opportunities.
