Overview

HelloFresh is seeking a Senior Director of Product to lead their Advertising Technology organization. You'll be responsible for managing a $1.2 billion advertising budget and driving growth through AI/ML capabilities. This role requires strong leadership and technical expertise in AdTech.

Job Description

Who you are

You have over 5 years of experience in product management, particularly in the advertising technology space, where you've successfully led teams and initiatives that drive significant business impact. Your background includes a deep understanding of AI and machine learning technologies, which you leverage to optimize advertising strategies and improve customer acquisition metrics. You are results-driven and have a proven track record of managing large budgets effectively, ensuring that every dollar spent contributes to measurable growth. You excel in mentoring and developing product managers, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within your team. Your strategic mindset allows you to define and communicate a clear product vision that aligns with business goals, while your analytical skills enable you to make data-informed decisions that enhance media spend efficiency and return on ad spend.

Desirable

Experience with marketing attribution and automated bidding systems is a plus, as is familiarity with incrementality measurement techniques. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing business needs while maintaining a focus on long-term objectives. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and marketing, ensures that product initiatives are executed smoothly and effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will define and own the global product vision and strategy for advertising technology at HelloFresh. You will be responsible for establishing a rigorous prioritization framework for a portfolio of AdTech initiatives that span multiple brands and markets. Your leadership will guide a high-performing team of product managers, where you will provide mentorship and coaching on strategic thinking and stakeholder management. You will directly oversee the technical platforms and AI/ML capabilities that support the management of a $1.2 billion advertising budget, ensuring that the AdTech engine is built and scaled effectively. You will champion a culture of continuous improvement, identifying, testing, and deploying high-impact bidding and measurement optimizations at speed and scale. Your role will also involve direct accountability for key results related to media spend efficiency, subscriber volume, and ROI metrics derived from stack optimization.
