What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a maintenance team during your shift, ensuring that all team members have the necessary tools and that they function correctly. You will monitor processes to ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines, contributing to the overall safety and efficiency of operations. You will track equipment performance through visual inspections and condition-based monitoring, scheduling additional maintenance as needed. You will be responsible for resolving issues with equipment to reduce downtime and facilitate the swift processing of packages. Additionally, you will support continuous improvement initiatives and standardization of processes across the EU network, ensuring that best practices are followed.
