Carvana is seeking an Automotive Body Tech to perform bodywork on various automotive panels. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive bodywork experience and offers a $4,000 bonus.
You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive bodywork experience, demonstrating your ability to perform various bodywork tasks with precision and skill. Your expertise includes heavy plastic welding, minor metal pulling, and roof and rocker panel repair. You are familiar with large area, heavy bodywork, including Bondo repair, and you take pride in delivering high-quality results. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and are willing to work mandatory overtime when necessary to meet business needs.
While not required, any additional certifications or training in automotive repair will be considered a plus. You are eager to learn and grow within the company, taking advantage of training programs offered to enhance your skills and career progression.
As an Automotive Body Tech at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing bodywork on multiple automotive panels, ensuring that each repair meets the company's high standards for quality and safety. You will utilize state-of-the-art tools in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the repair process. Your role will involve collaborating with other technicians and team members to ensure that vehicles are repaired in a timely manner, maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction throughout the process.
You will also participate in ongoing training programs designed to enhance your skills and knowledge in automotive repair.
