Markforged is seeking a Senior Strategic Account Manager to drive business growth by managing enterprise accounts and generating new revenue streams. You'll focus on crafting strategic proposals and closing large deals at the CxO level. This role requires strong sales acumen and experience in navigating complex procurement processes.
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in managing strategic accounts and driving revenue growth. With at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, you excel in identifying new business opportunities and developing sustainable sales pipelines. Your ability to build relationships at all levels within an organization, especially with CxO executives, sets you apart. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at navigating complex procurement processes to close large deals.
You are results-driven and possess strong negotiation skills, allowing you to craft compelling business transformation proposals that resonate with potential clients. Your experience in the manufacturing or technology sectors is a plus, as it enables you to understand the unique challenges faced by your clients. You are comfortable with outbound initiatives such as cold calling and networking, and you leverage social media to engage with prospects effectively.
Experience in the 3D printing or advanced manufacturing industry would be advantageous, as it provides you with insights into the products and solutions you will be selling. Familiarity with digital transformation trends and how they impact manufacturing processes will help you articulate the value of Markforged's offerings to potential clients.
