As a Software Engineer II at Alma, you will be part of the Care Finding - Provider team, dedicated to building tools and services that help providers connect with prospective clients. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement features that enhance the user experience. Your role will involve writing clean, maintainable code and participating in code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions and contribute to the overall architecture of the systems you work on.
You will be responsible for developing new features and improving existing ones, ensuring that they meet the needs of our users. You will participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, and will be involved in testing and debugging to ensure the reliability of the applications. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers and share your knowledge with the team, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
