Customer Experience - Vehicle Delivery Driver

Who you are

You have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and a passion for delivering exceptional service. You understand the importance of creating a positive experience for customers and are excited about the opportunity to be a part of Carvana's mission to reintroduce happiness into the car-buying process. You possess a valid driver's license and are able to read, write, speak, and understand English. You are available to work flexible hours, including weekends, and are ready to embrace the 'Hauler-Life' with enthusiasm.

What you'll do

As a Customer Experience - Vehicle Delivery Driver at Carvana, you will be responsible for delivering vehicles to customers' driveways, ensuring that each delivery is a positive and memorable experience. You will engage with customers, answer their questions, and provide them with the information they need to enjoy their new vehicle. Your role will also involve participating in community events and initiatives, helping to build Carvana's presence and reputation in the local area. You will work closely with your team to ensure that all deliveries are completed efficiently and safely, adhering to company policies and procedures.

What we offer

Carvana is committed to investing in the success of its team members. You will receive a competitive starting hourly rate of $17/hr, with the potential to increase your earnings based on performance. The pay range for this position is between $17 and $19 per hour, with opportunities for merit-based increases every three months.
