Overview

Dataiku is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to drive customer adoption and retention in Japan. You'll manage key customer accounts and ensure exceptional experiences. This role requires strong customer engagement skills and experience in customer success.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in customer success management, ideally with experience in technology or data-driven environments. Your ability to understand clients' needs and translate them into actionable strategies is key to your success. You are fluent in Japanese and possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. You thrive in collaborative settings and enjoy working closely with sales and technical teams to enhance customer relationships. Your analytical mindset helps you leverage customer health metrics to identify opportunities for growth and mitigate churn risks.

Desirable

Experience in AI or data science platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with industries such as manufacturing, financial services, or telecommunications. You are comfortable using analytics tools to assess customer engagement and drive strategic initiatives. A background in project management or consulting can also be beneficial, as it equips you with the skills to guide customers through complex implementations.

What you'll do

In this role, you will actively manage a portfolio of key customer accounts in Japan, ensuring they receive tailored support and guidance. Your primary focus will be on driving customer adoption of Dataiku's platform, helping clients achieve their desired business outcomes through effective use of our tools. You will collaborate with the sales team to expand customer relationships and ensure renewals, implementing engagement strategies that foster long-term partnerships. You will also leverage customer health analytics to identify expansion opportunities and address any churn risks proactively. Your role will involve providing insights and recommendations to clients on how to leverage Dataiku for their data science projects, from design to production.
