What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for the Core team at OKX, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our customer support products. You will lead a team of engineers dedicated to building innovative solutions that enhance the customer journey and drive business growth. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the development of chatbots and other essential tools that support our Customer Genius center.

You will collaborate closely with product managers and designers to define project requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives. Your leadership will guide the team in implementing best practices for software development, including code reviews, testing, and deployment processes. You will also be responsible for setting performance metrics and evaluating the team's progress towards achieving them.

In addition to technical leadership, you will focus on team building and fostering a positive work culture. You will conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to discuss their career development and provide constructive feedback. Your role will also involve recruiting new talent to strengthen the team and enhance our capabilities.
