Overview

Samsara is hiring a Core Enterprise Account Executive to help enterprise-sized customers digitize workflows and unlock data insights. This role requires strong sales skills and experience in managing complex negotiations.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in enterprise environments, where you've successfully managed large accounts and complex negotiations. Your experience includes working with multiple stakeholders and navigating the intricacies of enterprise sales cycles. You understand the importance of building relationships and trust with clients, ensuring their needs are met while driving revenue for your organization. You are adept at consolidating outdated technologies and helping clients transition to modern solutions that enhance their operations. You thrive in a remote work environment, demonstrating self-motivation and the ability to manage your time effectively.

What you'll do

As a Core Account Executive at Samsara, you will be responsible for driving sales to our largest and most strategic enterprise customers. Your role will involve identifying opportunities to help clients digitize their workflows and consolidate outdated technologies. You will engage in discussions with multiple stakeholders, manage trials, and negotiate pricing to close deals that typically range from $100k to $500k. You will work closely with the product and engineering teams to ensure that the solutions you propose align with client needs and deliver value. Your success will be measured by your ability to meet and exceed sales targets while fostering long-term relationships with clients.
